The published Core and Growth prices are fixed for the scope described on the pricing page. Work outside that scope, such as extra page designs, larger integrations or copywriting from scratch, is quoted separately before it starts. A project starts only when we both sign a written scope and agreement, which sets out the deliverables, timeline, price, payment schedule, ownership and support for that project. If the written agreement and this site differ, the written agreement applies.
Case studies and testimonials
Client names, logos, testimonials and case studies appear with the client's permission and describe only documented work.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, including the contact form, or try to access parts of it that are not public.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses arising from use of the site itself.
