Websites for private schools
A website that helps prospective students choose your school
I rebuild websites for private career, beauty, barber, massage and esthetics schools: program pages with costs and start dates, request-information and open-house forms that reach admissions, and pages that work on a phone. In October 2026 I launched one for a massage and esthetics college.
Fixed prices from $6,500. I work remotely and keep US Eastern morning hours.
What gets in the way of enrollment inquiries
Programs are hard to compare
Prospective students want hours, costs, start dates and schedules on one page. When they have to call to find out, many simply leave.
The phone experience is an afterthought
Most visitors arrive on a phone. Menus that do not open, tiny text and forms that do not fit lose them before they ask a question.
Inquiries go missing
A request-information form that emails an old inbox, or never reaches your CRM, means admissions follows up late or not at all.
What you get
Built for admissions
- Program pages with hours, tuition, start dates and schedules
- Request-information, open-house and apply paths that reach admissions
- Forms connected to your CRM or admissions system (Growth), or routed to email (Core)
- Campus, financial-aid and FAQ pages that answer common questions
- Tracking for form submissions, bookings and phone taps
- Accessible, fast pages that work on a phone

How it works
From first call to launch
A 30-minute call
We look at your current site together and talk about what it needs to do. If a rebuild is not worth it, I will say so.
Written scope and fixed quote
Within three business days: pages, features, timeline and price in writing. Work starts when the first payment arrives.
Design and build
You approve the design before the build. You get a short written update every week and a review link for each stage.
Launch and handoff
Forms, bookings and tracking are tested after launch. You get 30 days of fixes, a training video and a handoff document.
Questions
Can you connect our request-information form to our CRM?
Yes. Growth includes one CRM integration with field mapping and tests. Indiana Wellness College's new site sends its request-information forms into Salesforce.
How long does a rebuild take?
Core takes about 8 weeks and Growth about 10, from the first payment, once your content is ready. I will give you real dates in the written scope.
Who owns the website?
You do: the site, the domain and the content. Hosting is in your name, and you can leave at any time.
Do you write the content?
I edit and structure the content you already have and fill small gaps. Writing a whole site from scratch is quoted separately.
You are not local. How does that work?
I work remotely and keep US Eastern morning hours. You get a written update every week, review links for each stage, and calls in US morning hours.
Who does the work?
I lead every project: scope, design, quality checks and launch. A developer I work with handles routine build tasks under my review.
Planning a new school website for 2027?
