Websites for massage CE providers
A course website therapists can browse, trust and register from
For independent massage therapy CE instructors and small training businesses. Every course gets a clear page with dates, format, hours, price and the approval details you supply, and registration goes to the tool you already use.
Free 30-minute call. Fixed prices from $6,500. I work remotely and keep US Eastern morning hours.

Who this is for
- You teach in-person workshops, live online classes, or both
- You run the business yourself or with a small team
- Your courses live in flyers, social posts or a booking tool, and therapists keep asking the same questions
Probably not the right fit
- You need an on-demand course platform with video lessons and quizzes
- You want certificates issued automatically, or CE rules checked for every state
What gets in the way of registrations
Course details are scattered
Dates on a flyer, the price in a post, the location in an email. A therapist who cannot see it all in one place moves on to the next provider.
Approval details are unclear
Therapists need to know whether hours count for their renewal. If the approval statement is missing or vague, they email you, or they do not register.
Registration arrives without the details you need
A deposit with a name and no contact details, or a message asking "is there space?", means admin work before the class even starts.
Sample concept
How a therapist finds a course and registers
Shown on a sample concept with a fictional instructor, so you can see the structure. It is not a client site, and the approval text is a placeholder for the details a provider supplies.
They find a course that fits
Upcoming courses in one list, with date, city or online, format, hours and price visible before anyone clicks.

Sample concept: upcoming courses at a glance. They check the details that decide it
Each course page covers what is taught, prerequisites, what to bring, the cancellation policy, and the approval statement exactly as you supply it.

Sample concept: date, place, hours and fee first; outline, prerequisites, cancellation and the approval statement follow. They register in a couple of taps
The register button hands over to your existing tool (for example Square, Eventbrite or your booking system), so payments and rosters stay where you manage them.

Sample concept on a phone: register without hunting. They come back for the next one
An email sign-up for new dates, connected to the email tool you use, so returning students hear first. Only people who ask are added.
A working demo with a fictional instructor. Its forms send nothing.

What I bring to course websites
Program pages that answer the deciding questions first
For Indiana Wellness College I rebuilt program pages around schedule, cost and licensing, with request-information paths that reach admissions. Course pages for CE work the same way.

I help An Inner Peace Massage and Reiki promote the classes it runs for massage therapists, so I know how class registrations arrive and where they get stuck. That work is marketing, not a website build.
“I highly recommend Simon. He helps with SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, and he provides endless instruction. He is very easy to work with, very clear, and really good at giving directions.”
Stacy ClevengerOwner, An Inner Peace Massage and ReikiWhat you get
Built for courses you teach live
- A course list that is easy to keep up to date
- A course page design used for every course: content, dates, format, hours, price, prerequisites, cancellation and your approval statement
- An instructor profile with your background, in your words
- Registration buttons that hand over to the tool you already use
- An email sign-up for new dates, connected to your email tool
- A host-a-workshop request form, if you teach at other venues
- Tracking for registration clicks and inquiries, with no personal data in analytics
Not included: an online course platform, automatic certificates, or checking CE rules for each state. Payments stay in your registration tool. I can quote a larger integration separately if you need one.

How it works
From first call to launch
A 30-minute call
We look at your current site together and talk about what it needs to do. If a rebuild is not worth it, I will say so.
Written scope and fixed quote
Within three business days: pages, features, timeline and price in writing. Work starts when the first payment arrives.
Design and build
You approve the design before the build. You get a short written update every week and a review link for each stage.
Launch and handoff
Forms, bookings and tracking are tested after launch. You get 30 days of fixes, a training video and a handoff document.
Questions
Can you tell therapists whether my courses count for their license?
No. The page shows your approval statement exactly as you supply it and links to the approving body. Each therapist checks their own state requirements, and the page can say so plainly.
Do you build an online course platform?
No. This is a website for courses you teach live, in person or online. If you later need on-demand lessons, I can help you choose a platform and link to it.
Can students pay on the website?
Registration and payment stay in the tool you already use, such as Square or Eventbrite. The website sends people there with the right course selected where the tool allows it.
I teach in a few cities. Does that work?
Yes. Each course shows its city or says online, and the list can be sorted by month or location. Growth fits if you run many locations or co-instructors.
How long does it take?
Core takes about 8 weeks once your course details and photos are ready. I confirm start dates on the call, so you can plan around your teaching calendar.
Who does the work?
I lead the project myself: structure, design, quality checks and launch. A developer I work with handles routine build tasks under my review.
